“Very nice and friendly! My Bulldog Tank is my baby. Boy. This was his first time having any problems or needing a vet. Taking him to Sears I think we were both nervous. But everyone was very friendly and Tank was taken very good care of at an affordable price! We will definitely be back if ever needed again! And for the first time Tank also got his nails trimmed that was the best thing as he would never allow anyone to trim his nails! “Several years ago I had to rush my dachshunds to Uno Animal Hospital from Ridgecrest, CA because our local vets were too busy to see him right away. I knew he wasn’t going to make it until the 2:30 pm appt I had for him in RC. I called Uno Animal Hospital and they said bring him in right now! So I drove him down to Lancaster and the staff and Dr. K were awesome! They took him right in for x-rays and exam. Turns out he had a bowel blockage from eating a cooked ham bone he snuck out of the trash. They started him on a treatment plan right away, hoping to avoid surgery. They kept him for three days and didn’t have to do surgery! I don’t remember the cost now but I remember being surprised it was under $1000.00! He recovered just fine and lived to be 14 years old. Dr. K and staff are the greatest, they saved my Oscar.Dr. Uno also saved my beagle puppy when I was about 10 years old. He had an allergic reaction to the food we were feeding him. He almost died but Dr. Uno knew what to do and they were wonderful!”

“At one of the saddest and most heart breaking moments of my life, we had to say good bye to our senior pug and I'm so thankful we chose this place. They were so compassionate both on the phone and in person. They went above and beyond to make us feel at peace and give us the time we needed to say bye to our baby. He meant everything to us but was suffering too much. His pain had gotten so bad. Thank you to the staff and dr who helped us. Please know that every single thing you said and did was exactly what we needed during this hard time.”

“This is one of the best places to go for vaccines and urgent care. The staff is amazing—they go above and beyond to work with you. People get very tense sometimes because urgent care can have long lines, but the staff are the most professional and helpful people I’ve ever come across. Tip: go to vaccine clinics two hours after they open, the line gets short.”
