“Excellent customer service and as far as I could see all the tellers are bilingual. When I was there a customer walked in very upset and the Teller Cielo handle the situation beautifully. She was very open to hear your this customer and patient with her and eased her concerns and worries. Monserrat I believe is the manager or supervisor not sure what but quickly came to Cielos side to help out a customer in beef. Can't say enough good things about this bank. Definitely if one lives in Healdsburg this is the place to come if we want to be treated with Respect and Dignity. 7 stars for this Business and I for recommend BofA for our Latino Community.”
