“So basically I was on my way up going to Chico in my Prius and my tire blows out. All I had was a flat repair kit no spare so I had to limp over to the closest tire shop being tires direct. At first I wasn't sure what to expect since I like going to my same guys every time I need tires. I respectfully asked respectful young man I think his name was Jacob, to give me a patch so I can be on my way I have a tight schedule. Jacob informed me it wouldn't be safe or possible to patch my tire and instead he'd give me a used one. He also pointed out that my 3 other tires were almost bald but had a couple more miles in them. He said best thing would be to replace them all but since I was short on time he'd give me a deal on the used tire. This man was very reasonable and the guys in the shop work quick.”

“I desperately needed tires. So I bought them online so that I could just come to the store and get them installed next day. When I got to the store I was told that they were still waiting on two of my tires. I informed them that it said they were both in stock when I bought them. They looked into it. Saw I was correct. They upgraded me to a better tire at no cost. It also only took 30 minutes. Would recommend them over and over again .”

“Typically very happy with americas tire and their service. But guess i have a little bad luck this week. They didnt have my tires in stock so i had to wait for them to come in. Had to come back another day because the tires came in so late. When i came in for my appointment to actually have my tires done it was a full hour and half before they pulled my car in. Then another hiccup with swollen lug nuts and nearly left missing a valve cap. Didnt leave happy but i got what i needed done and the service was ok. They should really have water for people in the lobby.”

“We were on our way home from Vacaville,CA, to Reno, NV. We were on the freeway and got a very sudden flat tire on the I-80 eastbound. We were able to get our insurance roadside assistance to come and put our spare donut on, and we were able to get to the Roseville Les Schwab 3 miles away. The tire was not able to be saved, so we had to buy a new tire.We were helped immediately and were back on the road in just under a half hour.We had a great, tire tech and had a friendly staff serve our needs. The price was right on the new tire. We will definitely use Les Schwab for all our tire needs in the future!Thank you so very much.”
