Chris himself answered my call and made time that same day to repair our washing machine. He returned with the parts when he said he would and now my machine is fixed. So glad we found him. He replied to my review said he gave me refund. He didn’t, he is full of lies. Don’t trust. Yea it’s been 2 years but I won’t let anyone get ripped off.
