“Andrew, the estimator, repaired one sash window (no charge) while checking a sliding door. His team headed by Adrian arrived the next day and reinstalled the repaired screen door while changing out the sliding door trolleys. Cheerful, efficient workers. This company is out for repeat business and not a quick buck.”

“The Lompoc Oddfellows Lodge (248) desperately needed windows replaced, and J's Glass seemingly has already transformed out lodge. All of our windows are historic, and through the years of weathering and braving the elements we finally were able to find a company that could replace them for a fair price. The pictures I have provided offer a decent contrast to what a before and after of the installs look like, but I honestly don't think a picture could do these windows justice. We are a non-profit organization and the lodge is starting to shine bright again. Kind, courteous, and absolutely professional. We intend to use them for all our window projects going forward!”

“Called yesterday (9/11/18) to get a quote for a replacement windshield on my F150, spoke with Jason Burrow and after getting a price was able to scheduled appointment for today. Very pleasant to talk with as he proceeded to replace the windshield - quite an interesting process to watch. Left the area clean and upon handing me an invoice also gave me a certificate for a "Free Chip Repair" - but hoping I don't need to use...”

“As a sprinter owner, you get very nervous as to who works on your vehicle. I wish I could provide this guy 10 stars. Juan is a wonderful trustworthy person, an excellent Mercedes Sprinter specific certified mechanic and bottom line, I can’t say enough about how appreciative I was for his short notice help he provided as we drove from Portland to Baja… He’s only open after 6:30pm weekdays and Saturdays after 7am. I would drive from FAR away to have him work on my sprinter in the future.”

“Francisco and his team is incredible! He is the most honest and awesome mechanic I have ever come across in my 49 years! I have a BMW 535i that is out of warranty. It was overheating and was being quoted at $4K to diagnose and fix. I went into Rolling Tire on a whim just out of desperation to find someone who wasn't going to jack up the price. Francisco had my car in and out in a day. For all the work and parts he only charged me $1400. That was for a new water pump and thermostat, plus all the labor. I thought it would be twice that much even on the low end. So to say that price was a shock is an understatement. He did the brakes and tires on my other car. Again the prices were VERY good. He made a customer for LIFE in me. I cannot stress enough to go see him. You will not be disappointed and will surely get a fair price. Thanks Francisco! You guys are the best!”

“We were facing a massive repair bill after Hyundai diagnosed a problem with our 2015 Sonata. Jose took the time to accurately diagnose the issue himself and repaired it for less than half of what the dealership had quoted. Throughout the entire process, he was honest, transparent, and showed us exactly what was wrong and how he was fixing it. We truly appreciated his integrity and clear communication every step of the way. We couldn't be happier with the outcome or the service we received. Jose is friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I would recommend him over any mechanic I've worked with.”

“We had an incredible experience at Sunset Auto, and a huge part of that was because of our salesman, Tyson Uribe. Tyson was amazing from start to finish. He was patient, calm, professional, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, answered every question we had, and made sure we understood every step of the process. Buying a car can be stressful, but Tyson made the entire experience comfortable and genuinely enjoyable. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and not just making a sale. We are so grateful we had Tyson helping us and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. If you visit Sunset Auto, ask for Tyson you won’t be disappointed! Thank you, Tyson, for going above and beyond!”

“After a horrible, shady experience at another dealership, we were able to find the exact car we wanted (which was very rare) at Sunset Auto Center. Their customer service was amazing! Our salesman, Nick, was super helpful and understanding of our bad experience. We are 3 hours away, but Nick took a deposit over the phone and held the car for us while we drove over. Once we arrived, he had the car washed and pulled around for us, ready for a test drive. Nick and the finance staff made the whole process seamless, easy, and relatively quick. Offered us fair value for our trade in and got us an interest rate that made our payments far less than we were expecting. Definitely worth the drive! Highly recommend!”
