Jan Nguyen and her entire staff are so friendly and caring. They take the time to really give you the attention you deserve. I was so beyond thrilled with the way Jan treated me at the Glendora office that I drove all the way to Long Beach to see her and it was well worth it.!! 10 stars for her and her class act staff !!

They make paying bills incredibly difficult. There’s no way to pay online and after hours the phone line apparently doesn’t work.

The staff members are kind and professional. But they need to improve on timing. If I'm booked for an appointment, I don't want to wait in the room for 40 minutes to be seen. This isn't including any waiting period in the waiting room. This is a reason for me to postpone visiting until absolutely necessary.
