“This veterinarian’s office vibe was so calming and relaxed. Our first time there and will definitely go back. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and waited no more than 5 minutes. At the last veterinarian my dog needed to be muzzled and was super stressed but not at this place. This assistant held her in her arms and the vet was very compassionate while sharing options for care. So wonderfully different from my last experience”

“Prices are not insane comparatively, and I felt like everyone was honest and actually cared to help figure out the problem my kitty was facing. She had a bit of a mysterious lump in her mouth and I’ve been given really detailed information every step of the way so I can make my own informed decisions and prioritize her quality of life instead of just being pushed toward expensive tests and plans that dont even help like I’ve experienced elsewhere (Banfield never go there)”

“My senior dog was treated with so much care and respect here. The staff here is compassionate and understanding of all situations when it comes to end-of-life care and helped me bring my senior dog to peace with the dignity he deserved. Dr. Cook and Dr. Truong were especially helpful in guiding me through my dog’s final days. If you decide to bring your pets here, they will be well taken care of.”

“I was very pleased with the service and care we received. I thought my cat had a broken leg but was calmed right away by the doctor. I brought her back in a couple days later for something else. He ask a lot of questions then explained things to me that he was concerned about with my cat. I received two follow-up calls from the doc inquiring status of my cat. This is not something I am used to. Highly recommend this clinic. Only downside was, they work by appointment only so I couldn't just walk in and wait for an opening. They were very accommodating in setting up an appointment though.”

“I’ve been coming here for almost 20 years, first when Dr. Grain was the veterinarian and later with Dr. Hardy. My experience has always been great. Their prices are more affordable than other clinics, and I especially love that you can still schedule appointments when you need them. I’ve never had any issues with Dr. Hardy. It truly takes someone who loves animals to become a veterinarian, and I’ve always felt that genuine care from this team. I highly recommend them!”

“Bobo, my 2.5 year old pup has been going to this Banfield location since he was 10 weeks old. He loves coming to the vet! “I was a walk in on a Saturday so it took just a little longer than expected to get my Zoe back, when I did get her she was very well Groomed , her nails clipped, her ears cleaned, and cleaned her “back side” under her stubby tail , nice and soft and it was not at all what I expected cost wise!! I’d say if anyone doesn’t know of a groomer they can trust, like I did, my baby nips a lot I’m Too scared , go to Ambassador veterinarian they’ll get the job done and they were not expensive, well worth it for my Zoe!!”

“I brought my 11 from chi mix for her itchy skin problems and an ear infection. The dr I saw is their skin and allergy specialist. Millie was not afraid of him which is very unusual. It was a good omen. The assistant came in and millie liked her as well. There were a lot of treatments reco.mended, include a food believee they are honest reviews. Even the charges are presented before treatment you are not obligated to approve any you don't feel comfortable with paying. You can choose ti get them next time. Im happy I came here.”
