They also care for our dog, who was actually rescued by Dr. Kate 2 years ago. We adopted him via Live Love Long Beach Dog Rescue and she has been his doctor ever since. He actually smiles when he leaves the office.”

“About 2 years ago Frankie developed IBD and kidney disease and my vet was pretty accurate that he would pass away at 14. A couple months ago, he was getting thinner by the week, seemingly wanting to crawl into the space heater. It took some time for my husband to agree it was Frankie's time to depart. I really didn't want a stressful car ride to the vet or worse, animal emergency. My local veterinarian referred me to Dr. Marchi. He was so gentle and compassionate and gave us the time we needed with Frankie before saying our final goodbye to his physical presence. I am so grateful that Dr. Marchi was the doctor who made his final passing as peaceful as possible.”

“If your biggest concern when Vet shopping is finding someone who will love your dog as much as you do, this is the place. I was hopelessly looking for somewhere to take my girl to find out if she was pregnant. This clinic is within walking distance from my home so I decided to try it out. I called and made an appointment, we went in and it's a cute little shop, nothing glamorous but I thought it was cozy. The receptionist/assistant? Named Chelsea was awesome. The doctor himself was a surprise. He walked up at started petting my baby and telling her how cute she was and that he loved her. Right away I'm liking this guys vibe, clearly he loves animals. There were some younger girls there as well, possibly family members that were helping him. They handled my baby very carefully as she was very nervous and shaking. 100/100 love the care and attention they all gave her. Previous all of her services were at Banfield and I'm positive all of those people are miserable. Only feedback I have, the "Fast Scan" was $150, but I was also charged an exam fee, which was mostly just doctor looking in her ears and listening to her heart..$62 for that which I wanted to mention but they were so nice I let it go. They also emailed me the ultrasound videos upon request”

“The staff was awesome. Very friendly. I called requesting pain medication for my dog after my visit on 12/22. I saw Dr. Meina on 12/27 who examine Willie (dog) and he provided him with two injections and meds to take home along with his diagnosis. He was very thorough and showed compassion. Willie is doing better and we have a follow-up appt. in a week. I appreciated the time he took to make sure Willie would be comfortable after he returned home. My earlier comments of Dr. Wisa was edited due to sometimes an interaction between Dr. and pet owner falls short when the owner is cut out of the decision making. I personally appreciate the Dr's opinion but not when information is withheld from me no matter what the reason and my decision to make is removed. Thank you.”

“Pine Animal Hospital helped my Little grand dog Coco. As a mother, it’s always an important factor that we love the doctor’s office and staff that we take our children to for care. As I’ve been taking care of my grand-dog for about a mouth I notice she had something going on with her teeth and she seemed to be in pain. I was referred to Pine by a veterinarian that I took Coco to for an exam. When I went to Pine Hospital, the receptionist was so nice. The doctors were so nice everyone was smiling. It seemed like a very happy place. I would like to thank the doctor that worked on her and the receptionist who was very empathetic to Coco’s needs for helping us. Although I could not afford to get the procedure done for Coco, the Doctor was able to help her with medication, My Pine Animal Hospital was very pleasant. Thank you every”

“I took my cat, Tigger, in for a decreased appetite and distended abdomen. Dr. Evans treated her. He explained everything to us and showed us Tigger's partial ultrasound. He very quickly explained what was going on. I gave him permission to sedate her (she is feral) to do a full exam and blood work. He diagnosed her with pyrometra. He explained that the best outcomes were for surgery to remove the uterus. The quote he gave us for the surgery was higher than I expected. We checked with other vets in the area and discovered that this was a normal range. We opted to have Dr. Evans do the surgery as he could do it the same day. Tigger came home earlier than expected and is doing well. The final bill was about half what was quoted so I was very relieved. Everyone here was so nice, patient and helpful. I highly recommend them for emergencies. Emergency care can be quite expensive, but I found them to be very reasonable. The bottom line is, how much is my cat's life worth to me? Much more than what I paid. Thanks to Dr. Evans and the entire medical staff and support personnel for SAVING my cat's life.”

“My Shepard Rott was having several issues with his skin due to fleas & anxiety. I called Spring Animal Hospital & they booked an appointment within a reasonable time. When we came in it was quiet in the waiting room & the staff was understandable when my dog was anxious. He calmed down once the vet technician came in. Hannah did an accurate job assessing the key areas for treatment & communicated my concerns to Dr. Choy. He was professional with my dog & set me up with everything I needed. Hannah mentioned at the end of the visit one of her coworkers named Eric recognized my dogs name, which was surprising because not many people do. Overall the visit was smooth & easy, Guts & I will be visiting again the next time he needs treatment.”
