“Took my brand new raptor after a week of purchase to Steve for full PPF matte and windows tint and I have to say this is the best decision that I have made. Steve and his team are respectful and professional. It took one week for the service. Steve and his team went above and beyond my expectation. There was a slight scratch on the right side of my truck from factory and Steve took care of it. His price is very competitive and his craftsmanship is top notch. I will definitely all my vehicles here in the future without hesitation.”

“I had such a wonderful experience with Claus at CEC. From the moment I walked through the door, he treated me like family. He was warm, welcoming, and genuinely took the time to make me feel comfortable. You can tell right away that Claus truly cares about his customers and takes a lot of pride in what he does. That kind of personal attention and hospitality is rare these days, and it really stood out to me. CEC is the kind of place where you feel like you’re dealing with real people who care, rather than just another business. Claus made an incredible first impression and made me realize why people trust him and keep coming back.”

“⭐ 1 STAR — if you wanna be verbally assaulted by Ron who also let me know he is the owner, and at no additional charge get your tire thrown across the vicinity please come here immediately. I pulled up and spoke with one of the employees and asked if they could swap my tire since I already had my own tire. He told me, “Sure, no problem.” There was a woman ahead of me who had just finished, and I was waiting for her to back out so I could pull in. She was taking a while, so I pulled forward a little just to let her know someone was waiting to get into the spot. That’s when Ron, who later told me he was the owner, came outside yelling at me and telling me to back up. I told him he needed to chill because I was simply waiting for the woman to pull out. I backed up anyway and waited for her to leave. Once I pulled in and parked, I went back to speaking with the employee who had already agreed to change my tire. Instead of letting his employee do his job, Ron continued making comments and arguing with me. At that point I literally asked him, “Are you the manager or something?” because I couldn’t understand why he was continuing to speak to me like that. He responded that he was the OWNER and immediately got even more disrespectful and acted like that somehow gave him the right to talk to a customer however he wanted. The craziest part was that his own employee was perfectly polite and professional and had ZERO problem helping me. Ron then told his employee not to change my tire and actually THREW my tire. Completely unnecessary and extremely unprofessional behavior from the OWNER of a business. I still tipped the employee because he did absolutely nothing wrong. He was respectful, helpful, and was simply trying to do his job. I actually felt bad that he had to work under someone behaving like that. I don’t know whether Ron has an issue with women, was having a bad day, or simply thinks being the owner gives him permission to disrespect customers, but I will never spend my money here again. There are way too many tire shops in Los Angeles to deal with an owner who behaves like this. I’d recommend taking your business somewhere that actually knows how to communicate with and respect its customers.”

“Ricky and his team to the rescue! I got my oil changed and alignment done at another shop a month ago and the car was driving funny, it veered to the right all the time, car was shaky. I took that issue back to that shop and they wanted to charge me again to fix! So I came here by a referral. Got 4 new tires for my baby, Risky test drive the car after he did everything, and it was back to normal! He even taught us some valuable stuff about the tire system, showed the testing paper for us to understand. Will be back again for any tires need!”

“Hands down the best shop for getting any work for tires! My first time there was a night where I got a flat tire at almost midnight and this place was able to get my in and sent me on my way with a new tire tire that night. Came back the next day and purchased 4 new tires for a great price. Any time, including yesterday, that I've needed anything for my car, I COME HERE!!”

“Randy was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He was friendly, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable about JDM cars, which made the entire experience even better. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Randy again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy seller who really knows JDM vehicles. Thanks again, Randy!”

The owner personally helped me figure out what the issue was and even did a free inspection to make sure we were 100% certain about what was going on with my car. I was extremely thankful for how he handled everything—it honestly went way better than I expected ?. He was very knowledgeable and took a lot of weight off my shoulders. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“All the mechanics deserve a smooch they fixed the issue with my car!! I have been to countless mechanics, nobody listened to me when I described my issue. These guys did though! A year and a half of car trouble was fixed in a matter of hours. They’re fair and seem very honest, good integrity. They fix luxury cars so I figured my dinky little car would be in good hands. I was right!”
