These were factors we were facing as a couple of landowners whom desperately needed to sell and move on – and did with Greg Roberts.Our journey started earlier this year, where we contacted Greg for help listing our property for sale in the coveted community known as Portuguese Bend. Once under contract, Greg wasted little time in compiling all the marketing material and listing on MLS as well as informing a deep contact list he’s developed over the years.We listed at a fair price, considering nearly permitted plans.
