Slumlords. Currently being investigated by the city of Arcata for violating health and safety codes and tenants rights. They don't return your deposit. All units have mice and mold. Heaters don't work. Disgusting.

Even though this pandemic is happening the staff has been always helpful and fast with repairs...about a month or two ago my water heater went out in the apartment I was in and it was replaced that day.

I have lived here for 3 semesters and really enjoy the amenities and close proximity to HSU. The management has always been very helpful and professional. Definitely recommend!
