My wife and I have been on the phone about 25 hours in the past 10 days trying to resolve some banking issues.i don't mind a little wait, I do mind waiting 3 to 4 hours like today. I am onhold . Worst bank ever the straight up stole my money and wouldnt give it back, never get an account here ever you will regret it

Friendly team, but I can’t get over how lousy the hours are. 10-4:30 is very minimal for a bank.
