“I came to Ryan to have my wedding ring cut off ... I had waited a tad too long and it was quite tight on my finger (a result of getting fatter in my twenty years of marriage!) The gold band was very thick and Ryan spent nearly 1 1/2 hours working on it. He came up with a very creative solution and finally cut it off. Soooo thankful for this wonderful, patient man! I will definitely be back to get it sized and repaired.While standing there and watching Ryan work on my ring, I witnessed many repeat customers come in, get greeted by name and do business with obvious trust in Ryan and his employees. Anything from making payments on loans to selling silver items or jewelry. I would recommend this business to anyone!”

“We been to other pawnshops that their customer service was ok or less of being polite. Their offers that they would give you towards what you pawn is very little and unfair. To where they would make much much more money than the little you got from them that they gave you.Here we were welcomed right away. He explained how they rate gold shown us how real it is by testing them. Then knowing we needed to pay rent we were short. So he understood and did his best to reach that but he still had stick to their business well being. Total all I give 100% satisfied and happy to know I have up to four months if I want my items back only pay what I borrowed and just a very extra small amount extra. Great!??”
