She and her staff (especially Claudia!) were always quick to respond to any questions/concern I had, cheerful, helpful, and made me feel like a valued customer. I have had State Farm consistently for various homes and cars and have found having an actual agent vs just a 800 number to be reassuring and helpful. While insurance prices in CA can be high, my rates never were shocking and the house/car bundle plus discounts for good driver and home security system etc. helped. I could not recommend Peggy Biddison more highly as your Merced State Farm agent.”
