Hours: ADSC provides a safe place to meet and get support from other caregivers dealing with dementia related diseases. In a few of our groups we also provide caregivers an intensive training on proper care giving techniques and education about dementia related to diseases. Care giving for someone with a dementia related disease is not the same as caring for an elderly person. Our goal in these groups is to provide the caregiver and the individuals with the diseases the ability to have a good quality of life through the progression of the diseases, which would not be exist without the proper education.
