“All I can say is Kiana...Kiana and more Kiana. First off I have never seen a person at really any job that takes your needs above and beyond to the point where it brings tears to your eyes. A lot of people sadly do not enjoy where they work and you can just feel the passion and care Kiana has when she helps you. I did not tell her this but after she went above and beyond to make me feel heard when I spoke with her about a concern she addressed it right away and didn't even let a second slip by before she sprung into action. She responded so fast to the point I didn't even have my concerns anymore. I actually did shed some tears because she speaks with you so gentle and makes you feel valued at a customer. Lastly I know for sure any co-workers Kiana has they must love working with her, because of how her spirit is when she speaks with you. I literally would not mind working there if I had a co worker like her because she makes everyone feel like they matter and that no issue or problem is to big to over come. I would like to thank Extra space storage for hiring such a beautiful soul like Kiana. I do not know her personally at all and met her for the first time yesterday but I had to take time out to type this now because so many place I have been where employees are mean and disrespectful and get attitudes with you because they are miserable where they are working. So thank you to Extra Space for having a beautiful employee as her and Kiana thank you for going above and beyond. I even watched her speak and help other customers and she is equally as kind to all of us and that is truly remarkable. She deserves anything she desires within this company because it is rare that you come by employees like this .”

“I'm giving 5 stars for the staff. They are super friendly and helpful. I had a great experience with them and enjoyed seeing them every time I came. They were patient and professional. I needed a place quickly to store things while I was out of town and ended up using this place for several months over the summer.Unfortunately my rent was raised completely unexpectedly from $135 to $175. I imagine this is one way the company operates in order to get some extra income once you're settled in, so beware.However, this does not reflect on the staff in any way as they are employees and do not set the prices. but I've already found a cheaper option closer to where I am with more accommodating walk-in hours. Ironically, I wasn't even looking to move to a different location. I wouldn't have had the rent just stayed the same (which is already over twice what I'll be paying elsewhere.) They could have kept collecting from me but got greedy. Oh well, I get to save money and I'm sure there's no love lost in my departure on part of the ownership.Thank you very much to the staff here, you will be missed.just a couple slight edits: Yes, Patty (or Pattie? Patti?) is the main employee who made this place such a wonderful experience. Just an exceptional human being all around, deserves all the good things in life to happen for her.Also, I, too, noticed that the walls are thin sheetrock. It's very ironic that the doors are so hard and locked when one could actually very easily knock down the walls to get into your units. I've actually seen other units walls knocked down in this complex revealing someones personal belongings behind it. So definitely beware and I would probably advise that you don't store anything here of great value to anyone but yourself. The walls in my own unit were very flimsy. I once barely hit the wall with a box i was sliding over in my own unit and heard stuff falling over in my neighbors units (sorry neighbor).So. 5 stars for Patty. Maybe like 2 for the storage unit.”

“I always go during the week because Michael provides Superior customer service. They've been flexible with me regarding making it in a little late, still letting me dump. I'm not a young gal anymore... previously I had health issues, surgeries, lots of pain but I was on my own. Michael was a lifesaver. He was always helpful because sometimes I wasn't able to do all the physical labor for dump. He jumped right in to help, taking care of problems I couldn't deal with. He would never accept any money. I should take him brownies everytime I go. You guys have a wonderful employee on your hands you should make sure that you keep him.”
