“Been doing HD for years...but usually the Capitola shop...due to nasty traffic, I decided to go to Watsonville...so glad I did...went for garden soil but needed a toilet...I don't know ----about toilets, but a very nice lady around plumbing was uber helpful and confirmed that the toilet I was most interested in is a big seller, high quality and that yes, I could do it myself...got it Home and to my surprise, it had a big broken piece of ceramic and I had to return it...the same great gal arranged for another to be brought down, we inspected it, found it to be perfect AND she gave me 25% off for the trouble!...very cool-whole store was great-from Loaders to cashiers and this very nice gal...it's all about customer service-always has been..and this Watsonville Home Depot gets that!...thanks all...and yes, the toilet works perfectly!”

“Stopped by on a Friday afternoon to discover they are having a moving sale. 50%off on many things. Huge inventory and priced to sell because they would like to purchase the land that they're on and need to raise funds by June 2024. Or... reduce their inventory to move elsewhere. Either way, the prices are pretty good. There were mini potted succulents 2/$5, 25cents for little ceramic garden baubles, 10-20dollars for 1 gallon sized plants. Exotics cost more and they had a wonderful selection of those. Looking for something "sculptural" in your succulents? Check out what they have here. Their selection is not your average Home Depot variety. Come find something your neighborhood doesn't already have! Ceramic pottery--plenty to choose from here as well as some ceramic bunnies, turtles, frogs, iguanas, etc. for cheap. The owner was going to give me a garden iguana (I had told him that my iguana died last year) but since he's trying to raise funds, I paid anyway. Very nice gesture. In any case, I want to spread the word to come take a look here before June!”

“I dropped off my small engine tool here for some repairs. The man taking the equipment, told me that items would need to be ordered. I would have preferred the tool to be repaired fairly quickly, but I didn't request that service. The guy told me that he was trying to get customers to pick up their fixed tools so he would have more room to take on more tools, so I assumed it would get repaired ASAP.After 4 weeks of waiting I went into the store to see what was taking so long. The guy went into the back and after a couple minutes came out and said, it will be ready tomorrow before closing. I was happy to hear thatThe next day I couldn't get there by closing, so I returned the day after in the morning. When the guy looked it up on the computer he said, "its not ready yet". I told him that it was ready, the guy had told me to return yesterday at end of day to pick it up. He went into the back, and came out and said they were going to start working on it now and to give him an hour or so. I explained that I had driven all the way from Pebble Beach and had to wait. He said they would try to get it done in 30 minutes. They didn't. It took about 90 minutes.Overall the tool was repaired to my satisfaction but the disorganization of the repair being performed was disappointing. If I had known that I had to hound someone to get the tool fixed, I would have returned sooner than 4 weeks and started pushing for the tool.If you're dropping off a tool for repair I'd suggest you get a commitment on the amount of time it will take for them to get your tool fixed and then call them on that day. It seems like maybe you have to nudge them to get the job done.Everyone working there was very polite and helpful. It's a very busy place.”

“I was called in to Work To Help Cupid. I was told by the Weekend manager to grab my Work Whip and a 53 Ft Refrigerated Trailer and roll to Rocket Farms . Rocket Farms is a Farm that Grows Orchids and Other Ornamental Flowers and sell them to Florists and Online Floral company's that take orders for Floral arrangements and then Rocket Farms will Prepare and Package them and send them to the Recipients of said flowers. When I arrived at Rocket Farms, I was impressed by the Size of the Farm and the Personnel and the Scope of the operation. Its a well secured Location and I was let in at the Entry gate by Security. They had all the Orchids Prepackaged Addressed and Shrink Wrapped on Pallets . They loaded my Trailer to the Brim in less than an hour ,with Palatalized Orchids destined to be Valentines Day Gifts. I fired up the Refrigeration Unit and rolled my loaded Whip to the Oakland Airport where my trailer was promptly downloaded and sorted and sent on there way.”

“This location is so much better than Santa Cruz, stock is better, more organized less busy and the employees give great customer service as opposed to SC most of them are just stretched thin or straight up don't care and walk around talking to each other. Special shout-out to the equipment rental employees. I called recently to rent a carpet cleaner and they kindly informed me of a cheaper car cleaning vacuum washer I could rent that was better for the job. This is the kind of customer service that saves me time and money. Thank you.”

“I was in the other day, and I had to replace a few things in my house from the Pajaro flood I needed some sinks, faucets, vanities, some ceiling fans. things like that. she asked me lots of questions which made it so easy for me to purchase all the things I needed so I wouldn't have to come back for onesie, twoies items. Michelle helped me through my whole shopping process went to parking lot to get a bigger cart even helped me get someone to load my items into my van.
