The cheesecake is so creamy and the huckleberry adds such a nice touch. Will definitely come back again! The steak was cooked to perfection! Ate outside and the sun was shining down weather was perfect.

About the restaurant: Driving past patchworks of orderly vineyards hemmed by hills along Napa Valley's Highway 29, one might expect to come upon a restaurant just like Brix. With a back patio offering undisturbed vistas, and acres of kitchen gardens and estate grapevines ripe for post-meal strolls and photo ops, it's hard to beat the views. You'll find circular booths and wood-and-tile floors, and the space has a centrally situated bar.Food & Drinks: As for the food, this is California cuisine with substance and Southern flair --- in-season rather than trendy. Mains may range from caramelized sea scallops with potato purée and black truffle vinaigrette to fried chicken to wood-grilled Prime rib-eye. Sides (truffle fries, macaroni and cheese, forest mushrooms, etc.) are available à la carte. End on a sweet note with butterscotch pot de crème. Brix is the "it" spot for Sunday brunch. The wine tome features global heavy-hitters from Brix's own backyard.
