“I am could not be more pleased after stopping in this store. Mark and the other young man were super helpful. I am not contractor; just a person who at the time was looking for 1 quart and 1 gallon of paint. The gallon was a known color and the quart was a match. The match took a couple hours because there were a few orderw ahead of me, but they offered to make the gallon right then. The knowledge and customer service is just excellent and the Benjamin Moore paints speak for them selves.”

“Apparently, due to pandemic remodeling and summer weather, there's a nationwide paint shortage, or at least that's what I was told at Sherwin-Williams. So, when they could not mix quarts for me, did not have flat wall paint to tint, and did not have semigloss, I tried Kelly Moore. Not only did they have everything I needed, their computer system holds the color codes to their competitors' paint, so I did not have to go through the hassle of picking out new/similar colors! The young man at the counter was super friendly and carried everything to my vehicle (paint is heavy!). So, it's Goodbye S-W, and Hello Kelly Moore!!”

“Very helpful every time I’ve been there. Nice gentleman with great knowledge and service. Each time I’ve bought paint and materials from them one of the employees has always carried and loaded my items to my vehicle. Highly recommended Devine Paint for all your painting needs!”

“The good: 5 stars for Sergio Cano. When I approached the counter (for the second time), he was there working. I told him I needed help with choosing colors I had picked at Kelly Moore(who went out of business this past Friday) from the Sherwin-Williams line of colors. He told me that they could take the colors I had chosen and match them with Sherwin-Williams colors… He did just that and I left with the color codes that I needed. Fast and friendly customer. If not for Sergio, I probably would’ve left their very frustrated. See the following. The bad: when I first walked in and was trying to match colors, I was having some difficulty due to lighting and Color matching and wanted assistance. I walked up to the counter, and a young lady was there. Her eye contact had that “I’m busy but what do you need” look in them, if you know what I mean. When she asked what I needed, I inquired about naming-conventions between Sherwin-Williams and other stores regarding color matching, and she answered my question with a “no”. That was it, she asked nothing else(I didn’t know Sherwin-Williams could color match directly from the cards of other paint manufacturers, as Sergio did when I went back to the counter later), or if there was an issue. After continuing to have problems with color matching, that’s when I went back the second time, and Sergio was there. The ugly: though Sergio’s customer service skills were excellent, the lady Who helped me at first, had very poor customer service skills. She did seem, along with the other lady there, to be under incredible duress, as if trying to meet a project deadline. Perhaps that’s the case, but that should not affect customer facing skills. If it weren’t for Sergio, I would’ve given one star, kudos to Mr. Cano.”
