Absolutely the best bibinka in town! We drove 45minutes in the rain just to pick up box of these to take home.

I didn't know what I was getting because I was just trying to try something new. turned out to be octopus I think and it was really good. Bibingka was great too.I'll get something less fishy next time I go though bc I wanna try everything
