Five years ago I moved to a studio without a garage with my brand new Nissan Rouge in Simi Valley across from a hillside...everyone knows how much & how often the wind blows in Simi. YIKES! Hugo made that engine look brand new again! Including the inside & out. He comes to your location, brings all his own equipment & supplies including his own water. He's professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and easy to communicate with. He did a fantastic jog! I highly recommend.”

He ensured that my car was not only thoroughly detailed-- but also personally oversaw and participated in the final inspection! The car looks awesome and I am completely satisfied with the results! I cannot recommend this place enough--- they are honest and thorough. The inside waiting room is so comfortable and outdoor patio furniture is so comfortable. Their concierge Greta is so kind and customer- centric-- the whole experience is 10/10. I will only take my cars to Lavaggio-- I drove all the way from Toluca Lake to Agoura Hills and it was worth every minute I travel time and every penny. “Brought my 2019 Subaru to Fernando based on a recommendation from a family member. When I initially went in to make an appointment he made me feel confident he knew exactly what he was doing. I specified what percent tint I wanted on each window and that I wanted ceramic film.Dropped the car off the the following week and it was very well done. It has now been over 6 months and I love it, to anyone on the fence about ceramic film, spend the extra money. You’ll be happy when it’s 100° out and your car isn’t blazing hot inside. I would recommend any friends or family to this shop. Well done sir!”

“I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle for my daughter from Garrett. I called asking for more pics and details about a 2018 i3 S that they had and Garrett was transparent with me on its condition, confirming some minor blemishes and providing a video walk around and additional pics so that I could judge for myself if it was worth the 1.5hr drive to check out the car in person and purchase. We worked out a deal over text and agreed on a fair price. When I arrived, I was given as much time as I needed to inspect the car, take it for a test drive, and charge it up at the local BMW dealer. I was gone for probably an hour and not once did they freak out or demand I bring the car back. I was pretty impressed that they gave me leeway to make sure I was good with the car. But the best part of my purchase experience with Garrett and team was the fact that they did not try to upsell me or "add on" any BS package like paint protection, GPS tracking, or fabric/leather warranties. All those are complete garbage and it's good to see Allen Motors not use those unethical bait and switch practices that other used car dealers do. It is probably the worst thing any dealer can do to you besides sell you a lemon. Garrett was professional, easy going, and made the process go very smoothly from beginning to end. I got a great car for my daughter at a fair price and I didn't have to wade through any BS sales pitches or get tricked into paying for "add ons" that I did not want. It was definitely a 10/10 experience for me and I've bought many cars over the years.”

“I can’t say for everyone else’s experience but mine wasn’t bad. In desperate need to a detailing on my car , I came here and they do a mini detail for my SUV for $159 which included shampooing seats and carpets. It wasn’t perfect (like my cup holders weren’t cleaned out? And they forgot to give me back one of my floor mats and I had to come back the next week for it). But my car was sparkling afterwards!”

“This is also the Ponderosa Car Wash at the Chevron. It popped up on a google search while I was looking for a full service car wash. My beloved German shepherd isn't doing too well and after a lengthy and intrusive vet visit, he shat all over the back of my car. While I scrubbed and cleaned up what I could , my SUV was still in need of a good scrubbing and I could not for the life of me find a detailing place that could take me same day. This place offers a mini detail for $159 which includes shampooing of seats and carpet. 3 hours later my car was sparkling and fresh! It wasn't perfect (like they didn't clean inside my cup holders?) but the rest of the car got a major scrub down and I was happy.”

“Solid 4 stars. I've been here a bunch of times. This place can be busy, but the wait is never too long. Service is friendly and efficient. It's a decent value. If you ask for a certain wash they will usually offer the next best one at a discount which is nice. I will say that sometimes there are still a couple spots outside and things could be cleaned better. But overall they do a good job. And now it says they will email you a $5 coupon for reviews, so here goes.”
