An appointment was schedules less than a week out. Ruslan arrived on-time, wore shoe covers in my house, and replaced the whole screen/panel within 20 minutes. I have no complaints about my service and I now have a working tv.”

They had it finished within six hours! Huge selection of retro games including discs without cases, they are in a carousel library and you can look them up on their computer, absolutely recommend going here even if you are just going to browse but I guarantee will not go out empty-handed! Best selection and prices and trade-in prices too! 10 out of 10 if I could”
“Good value for repairs for any brand car radios. Excellent service while you wait. The diagnosis was fast and careful. Putting them back together as if it came from the manufacturer itself. Good value while you wait.”

6505 Folsom Blvd, Sacramento“This shop was very honest with me. My phone didn't need repair, it just has a slightly loose charging port and I had multiple bad charging cables. They could have pretended to fix it. Instead the man with red hair showed me that it worked fine. I'm giving the shops cards to my friends and telling them about this.”
“12/21/2023: OOOOOoof~My iPhone screen cracked~I must visit First Response Phone Repair!!!! Customer Service Support, Joanna stated it will take an hour and an half replacing screen; however, to my surprised, utter delight, the iPhone screen was replaced in 45-minutes! WOW!!!! In addition, I purchased a privacy screen and an Otterbox protecting my iPhone; I do like the Otterbox but, the privacy screen is difficult using a computer screen stylus and doesn't allow using the Face ID Recognition. Oh, well . . . Regardless, I'll return should I need a cellphone repaired or need cellphone accessories.”

“My key fob from my 2005 Mercedes Benz clk 500 was old and damaged and not working anymore, it would just drain new batteries, a worker there told me I need to replace my key fob case, so I bought one from eBay and brought it to them, they cut open my old key fob and switched the electronics to the new key fob and now it works great, thank you batteries plus bulbs, you saved me hundreds of dollars from having to buy a new fob from Mercedes Benz”

7531A Madison Ave, Citrus Heights“Been here 3 times, had repairs done twice - the third was too expensive at the time (Carver A-753x). I give 4 stars because the work is VERY good. Quality techs and they do really understand the electronics they work on. Fair value, and yes they are expensive because they don't hire cheap monkeys with soldering irons. I cringe at the price, but I know professionals are worth the money. I had them repair a very old McIntosh pre-amp years ago in their old location, and the latest repair was a Simaudio Moon Aurora 5- which was expensive, but considering the amp cost more than an entry level car when new - I was ok with the repair and it runs cleanly years later. They even offered to cater the tuning and performance to my preferences. All in all, I feel you can trust their work on vintage and high end audio gear, be prepared to pay for it - and I am very pleased since everything they've worked on for me has lasted - as my Moon Aurora 5 was repaired pre-covid and thankfully so - I had a lot of free time to listen alone. :)”
“I'm a very happy customer. My printer started making a horrible noise. I sent an e-mail and Jeremy responded quickly. He offered suggestions which solved my problem. Since it had been awhile since the printer had any routine maintenance, I made an appointment. Jeremy arrived at the appointed time, took everything apart and cleaned it. Two rollers needed to be replaced, and the tray adjusted. The tray was what caused the noise in the first place. The price was what I expected. I could have saved money by taking my printer to his shop, but it's a HP600, much to heavy for me to handle.”
