“Would highly recommend this place because Zoe was very patient with me since I had many questions. The best part is that they are running a special now + gifts with purchase.”

“Emrick was amazing to work with. He did a great job of consulting us to find the best fit. He spent a lot of time with us to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our project and really handled our design with care. He kept up updated through the process and everything was delivered on time.”

“Very cool place where everyone knows what they're talking about and loves what they do. One of the guys even recommended local restaurants near me (was only in the area to visit someone) that hold great sake.”

“During a recent shower remodel We shopped the local big box stores for prices as well as merchandise. Home Depot had the shower glass we wanted called Rain. Unfortunately, we needed a larger size than the stock size on the floor and special orders are done on line. We were hoping to get assistance at customer service but were told that special orders are done online only. We'll we didn't feel comfortable and there's no refund on special orders. At Granite Expo they have it all, bathroom vanities, shower doors with the hardware, tile, kitchen cabinets, and more. The best part was they have customer service!! They were able to answer our questions, assist us with our special order and their selection and prices are great. Orders were timely and made for a good experience!”

“We just renovated our kitchen and ordered cabinets and countertop both through Sincere. Gabbie and Emrick were the most helpful. We visited many different vendors early on and Gabbie's advice was the most sincere, and ended up being all the correct ones for us. Their price is very good and their customer service is excellent. From design configurations, to sample/color selections, to ordering and scheduling, to dealing with unexpected supply chain issues, they were responsive and really helped us every step along the way. Gabbie even gave us great referrals and recommendations on other related products such as kitchen hood and ideas on appliances. We are very happy with how everything turned out. I would recommend them to anyone we know who wants to renovate their kitchen!”

“After striking out 3 times looking for a bathtub spout I went to Moran and they found the EXACT part I needed. Super inexpensive as well. Definitely coming here again for all plumbing supplies. General hardware stores just don't have the same selection of parts.”

“This is one of my favorite stores in Chinatown, it's a lot like the Ben Franklin shops of my childhood. They have great toys, crafts, hardware, housewares, accessories, and pajamas and shoes, and snacks! They really do have everything. We get our house slippers here. You can't beat their prices and the owners are pleasant.”

“Liz is phenomenal. Btw- small businesses survive because of mark-ups. The Internet is killing small businesses!!! They have to pay rent, salaries, utilities. Go work with a robot or a faceless website for less $$. I prefer to support small business. Their showroom is limited but I went to Premiere Kitchen and Bath in Walnut Creek to see what I like then ordered with Liz. This was my first remodel and she held my hand and was responsive to all my questions. She knows all about plumbing, fixtures, etc. Super personable and a hard worker. She often stayed late helping me decide. I worked with her for 2 months and NEVER had a bad experience. Another co- worker is a but off putting which is why I stuck with Liz.”
