Got our new baby chicks here. We went in thinking that's all we'd get, but found the store full of seeds, beekeeping gear, resources, gardening tools, just about everything we needed to get re-inspired for our little farm. Chatted at the counter with the owner, who was a gem. Support local, friends!

Even in the midst of a quarantine, we are able to keep our chickens happy and get our garden going once more! So grateful to Yolanda and her team for providing pre-order and curbside pickup for everything from chicken feed, to garden soil, to plants, to bees!

We believe that everyone deserves fresh, local and healthy food. In 2013, we opened our doors as an edible nursery & urban farm emporium in the Fruitvale District of Oakland, CA. In 2020, we closed our doors and now operate an urban farm! We offer coaching services to help you grow, raise, and preserve your harvest. We are also available to teach community workshops on veggie growing, composting.
We host community volunteer opportunities on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays. Come join us!
