I was about to lose my cool. Then I decided to see if I could just deal with actual humans instead of some mega corpo devilish forced-to-use-AI nonsense that directs me to their website and measures everything in business days. I called (on a Saturday afternoon, no less) and Thi was not only personable and an absolute delight to speak with, but she had me insured in 15 minutes. ON A SATURDAY! 10 out of 10. Give them your business. They’ve earned a customer for life with me. I just might buy a boat and a house and a couple more cars sinply so Thi can insure them for me. Wouldn’t take long at all. If I’m ever in the area, I’m gonna bring them a box of donuts or tacos or something. Maybe just to give them each a $20 bill.”
