“This is the hands down the best pharmacy in Palm Springs! I have sent all of my scripts to this specific pharmacy because the employees are just so terrific. Shawn P is the lead pharmacist, he's very professional and quite friendly. There have been times I've had a few personal questions about meds and he is always available to address your concerns. Shawn and Pearl have that type of personality that you don't feel intimidated to ask any type of question. They will get to know your name and ask you how you've been when you're checking out. Pearl, Mireya and Lani are always there to help you out, locate the reason for a delay or let you know how far along they are in the process to fill your prescription. These ladies are hard working darlings! A shout to Shawn and the crew- during the height of covid they handled everything so professional and cared about their customers. Everything was always wiped down and clean! They did their very best with social distancing, providing masks and letting you be aware of their policies that in turn made you both feel safe and as germ free as possible. The best part about such a caring staff? You knew they are smiling underneath the masks because you could hear the warmth in their voices! This Albertson's pharmacy has that "mom and pop shop" feel that makes going to a pharmacy a satisfying and intimate experience. One great tip- Sign up for the text messaging!! You can easily set up and manage your auto refills by text message. Another great tip- they will help with sourcing the medication needs of your cat or dog! I wouldnt even consider using another pharmacy in the area. Trust me on this one fellow Yelpers.”

“I'm a new customer at this Pharmacy. After reading some of the reviews I'm not sure we are talking about the same place as my experiences have been very different. I find the Pharmacy staff to be informed, polite, and better than other pharmacies (plural) that I have used in the area. As for complaints, seemingly , about a homeless person, that is a problem in the area that if the person lived here they would be familiar. Order and dash isn't a myth. As well, stores have a history with certain types of people, and know some of their customers. I don't know the truth on this issue in this store, but have seen it at supermarkets, and have been told the store managers know the people who cause trouble. The business world is difficult, let's give store managers a little room for management.”

“5 stars for the pharmacy! It's always on point! I've tried to get my prescriptions refilled in other places but it's always a hassle. That's why this location is so amazing. Because they always go above and beyond especially Joel!! What a great guy with an amazing personality and 5 star service!
