Bus was late and they didn't check anyone's luggage tickets to prevent someone grabbing wrong luggage.

The phone number doesn't connect to the greyhound station for one thing. And the website was really glitchy. But I did finally get it to work. I had to book my trip a week away, as it wouldn't do anything sooner.
