The doctor is nice, but I think I needed stronger glasses. The girl that helped me was extremely helpful. But they Never answer their phones! Why is that?

Doctors are great can't complain, but I have been trying to call them to ask a question and nobody answers for days. I'm not sure what is going on the only thing I get is their automated voice, it rings and nobody answers. It's really frustrating that for one question I actually have to go to their office to get my answer.
