“I know this is a tractor body shop but I really got to let you know this shop is bomb when it comes to helping out his customers. I have a Santa Fe Hyundai 2023 and was recently hit at home depot my car was parked I also had to go through my insurance due to the company truck that it my car has some weird insurance carrier that never answered any of my phone calls or emails. Let me say I'm insured by AAA and have been with them now for 28 years it basically turned in to a nightmare for us . I took my car here because everyone that AAA uses is back up for 3 to 4 months and I didn't have time to wait so I took it here and let me tell you my car was in 1/17/24 and out 2/9/24 only because of the game's AAA plays this man got me everything for my car oem parts not after market or use parts that what my insurance insists they use and wait my car has a 3 stage paint job on it and aaa wanted the shop to match the color meaning a two ton that is not the color of our car if it wasn't for the owner of the body shop taking over I wouldn't have the car I bought. Thanks to him my car came back looking the way it did when I purchased it . A quarter panel and a back bumper with sensors in it is a big deal. I'm so grateful for this owner of this Body Shop that got involved. One happy satisfied customer my car looks like it has never been hit..thank you once again it's hard to find a shop that takes pride in their work.”

“Adrian was friendly and professional. He did a great job welding my stock OEM muffler on my Mini Cooper. I cut off the muffler because the Mini exhaust is one piece from the downpipe back. I did this to make it easier to store. I was running an aftermarket exhaust system and decided to put the stock exhaust back on. I highly recommend this muffler shop.”

“I guessed I was lucky because one of the staff greeted me when I just pull into the area. He told me there would be a 2 hours wait since it's a busy Sunday morning. I was okay with that so after 5 minutes, another guy came to help me check in. After obtaining some basic information, the staff asked me to give him the key and I was good to go. Sounds fast, right? But he didn't even ask me what kind of battery I would like to change (there were 2 kinds, a 2-year warranty & a 3-year warranty). He didn't even suggest any other options (like anti-corrosion treatment). Luckily, I knew what I needed so there's no problem. It actually only took an hour to complete the service so I was first very pleased with that. However, by the time of payment. They put in a $12 core charge. This should be waived if you let them took the old battery. Even though they took the charge off eventually, but it seems like they weren't aware of what they were doing. I was a little disappointed at the customer service but Walmart's price is decent, what more do you expect?Service: Auto battery replacement”
