I gave her all the info and to my astonishment, they said they could. She made sure the carpet I wanted was in stock right then and there. Put it on hold. She got the carpet in days earlier than expected. The install was scheduled when the carpet was ordered and it was installed exactly within the time frame they gave us. Friendly. Kind. Informative. No upsell or pressure. Just honest, good sales lady who made promises she could keep and let us know when she couldn't. THIS is how great customer service is. Very happy. Love love love our carpet. Color and feel are EXACTLY what I was going for. I will tell all my friends to go here! Plus their price was lower than "insert big blue box retailer".”
