Their T4 failed with in 10 months. It was $499.99. I tried to contact support for 2 weeks, NO response.

They have excellent chat, email, and phone support. However, they also allowed me to drop off a broken unit since I lived close by. This is a warehouse, and is not open to the public. But, they still made it easy for me to drop the unit off so I can save a few dollars on postage. Great little business.
