This is not what you expect from "urgent" care! It's more like a doctors office! MUST schedule an appointment... what is urgent about that!?! Can't get in for 3 more days! What's the point?

I've been going to this Urgent Care for years. I love the fact I don't have to sit in the waiting room for hours waiting to be seen by the doctor. They are friendly and quick in the Pleasanton office.
