“I love this place for the service and stock. I am a strong shop local guy as a local business myself. But damn I never really had a price comparison at the top of my mind until today when I got a shock when I had a small order. 30ft of 3/4 pvc pipe. 2 - 90 degree elbows and an online ball valve shut off. $45.68. This number hit hard as I just bought other pvc the day before at big box store. My whole order was $67.58 it was 100ft of 3/4 inch pvc, 4 - 90degree elbows. 10 inlin3 couplers. So that is why this stuck out. So I entered the same order from today into big box site shopping cart and total was $26.20 about half thr price. This would be ok if I was a contractor and putting the cost on a customer but as the end use customer ouch. I will still use them for my tough to find stuff. But for everyday plumbing I think I will have to go with big box on this one.”

“I recently had a custom color match in Palmdale, but I needed a paint that was not stocked yet so they sent with my custom color match label to get the 5 gallon paint mixed in Lancaster store. Unfortunately Lancaster mixed a totally different color than the label said, I was told to take it up with Palmdale since they did the color match. I returned to Palmdale where I met a gentleman named Corey. Corey handled my issue with great compassion and empathy. He truly cared about what had happened. Even though he did not do the color match or mix the paint, he was trying to find everyway to help me get what I needed. He went to his manager to see how he could help. Unfortunately he could not take the return for the paint because I bought & mixed it in Lancaster store. He custom color matched for me again, then sold me a new 5 gallon bucket correct color at a generous discount for my peace of mind, when he didn’t have to do that. James the manager, has a true gem in Corey. He cares about his job and truly has the best customer service! Also, thanks to James for working to resolve my issue, I will never shop at Lancaster store again.”

“The store was nice. It was clean and tidy. The staff helped me and was friendly. It was a good experience for the most part. The location is the only issue I experienced. The mall is old and not very well maintained. When I left, it was surrounded by police cars and a helicopter, like a scene from Cops. I don't know if this was a one-time thing, but I wasn't hanging around to find out.”

“It makes a big difference when you get help in a place that you don't know much about . I wanted to buy laminated tiles ( handyman's suggestion) for my kitchen. I went to Home depot and I have no clue what I'm looking for, or how many pieces I need to buy for 160 square feet area. I asked for help, a lady ( I'm sorry i forgot her name ) came showed me where to find them and explained what is laminate flooring. And figured out how many planks I needed to buy. And she helped me get boarder, and other things that the installer asked for. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure i got the right things. It didn't stop there, the cashier(Nora) was so nice, the manager (Daisy) was amazingly helpful and the guy who helped carrying all this to my van had a nice smile and was so courteous . This is how customer service should be. This is what you call a team work ! Every one was happily doing their job. Way to go Home Depot!! Thank you for making life easier for us .”

“Long story I don't know should I give one star or 5Why one start because we ordered sometime from that location, it was suppose to be delivered one day got many text emails and even a phone call to confirm the delivery time, and the item was never delivered the day it was suppose to, cost us $ 1000.00, the item was delivered finally but for the extra cost and inconvenient had to go thru hell to get Reimbursed, finally Mr Moises stepped in and helps us out!That store is nothing with out good employees like Mr Moises, I don't care how big and wealthy can lows be employees are the one running businesses, I truly hope every employe in that store get treated right they deserve it, Thank you Mr Moises”

“Feed and hardware store. For its size, it has a huge selection of hardware. Went in for a replacement cable for my dishwasher, and they had it, even similarly priced to the big box stores. On a separate day, I needed a new wax rings and anchor bolts for my toliet. Boom it was there and reasonably priced too. Can't beat how conveniently it's located to me.”
