I found Apex from a quick Google search because I was looking for a place that teaches aerial classes. I was thrilled to find out they also offer personal training, so now I'm cross-training in both weights and aerial. Their new aerial instructor Nichoel is the sweetest and I love that she lets students try multiple apparatuses.
