They really care about your well-being and finding you the perfect chair. They have a surprisingly large number of demo chairs available to try out, and those chairs have a wide range of customization options, so you're guaranteed to find something that works. The quality of the chairs is much higher than the big names like Herman Miller, Steelcase, and Haworth. Those big companies have the capital to produce products quickly and invest in the most modern e-commerce solutions, but they miss the most important component which is to make great chairs. The smaller companies may not have the fanciest website, but the quality and value of their chairs is much higher. “Prompt response and great service! We had an old copier at office which consistently had issues. We called Genesis Copiers; Charles came the same day and quickly diagnosed the problems and provided us several options. Everything was explained clearly and straightforwardly. We ended up taking his suggestion and bought a used copier, which was returned from a short-lease. A new copier was delivered and installed the very next day. Not only was I was impressed with the honesty and efficiency, but also with the time Charles spent to explain to our people on how the copier works and how some of common issues occur and can be avoided. Absolutely supreme service! I would strongly recommend Genesis Copiers if you look for a great and dependable service for your copiers.”

The woman helping me managed to help me see samples of my print, offered her opinion and suggestions on paper styles, all while helping another woman print ( in another language) and helping another gentleman print large print items. Quick, and very efficient & offered to check me out so I didn't have to wait in line, I love it! I will be back!”

“This was my first order with MPS. Cartridges arrived when committed, and were very well packed.I have tried to order "compatible" cartridges before, and didn't have a lot of success getting them to work, and have quality results. So far I have run about 500 pages through, and no issues at all. I am printing on an HP 2600n printer.So far I am very happy with the cartridges. I am going to see if they have cartridges for my HP Designjet T1100ps as well.”

“Stumbled upon these guys by mistake looking for a $300 part for my ancient office copier. Ended up buying a refurbished copier from them instead - paying half price for what I saw for the same item on the Internet. They delivered for free, hauled away my old dinosaur at no cost, and offered me a service contract to cover everything (including toner) that was way too good to pass up. Trained us on the new copier, had a tech guy for networking the thing. Fast, easy, professional. Think they just made us customers for life!”
