“This is my daughter's public school. This school is well managed and has excellent teachers who care about the students as whole people. They have to deal with testing, but they also try for well rounded curriculum.”

“Great gym, great coaches. Love the summer camp options too!! But DESPERATELY needs an A/C overhaul or massive upgrade to their ventilation and cooling system (not sure that they currently even have actual A/C because it is THAT hot and I just see basic fans on which are essentially just swirling the hot air around) As a parent I am trying to sit and watch my kids during their classes but I can’t wait to get back to the car for A/C because I am always sweating so profusely in this gym that I need to go change my sweaty clothes after we leave the gym- this is for basically half of the year or more, but it’s especially bad during summertime. We have been coming here for years now and it’s always been this way so this isn’t just a temporary issue or something. Subtracting 1 star because of the lack of comfort for parents, grandparents and not to mention the poor gymnasts who are exercising in this very hot, humid gym. I know kids are resilient and the coaches do encourage a lot of water breaks, which is good, but I think for what we are paying these days they could do a lot better than this. Will upgrade to 5 stars if/when they make the gym comfortable.”

“We absolutely love this place and beyond thankful for the tremendous work they put toward our son! Our 3 year old started attending Montessori manor in august after almost two years of no schooling due to Covid, and so he came with a large package (to say the very least). We were worried about him not adapting and such because he's not the adaptive type. Not only did it take him ONLY TWO DAYS, but he has showed a magnificent progress in every aspect that he was completely lacking and in such short period of time. Ms. Leslie is a remarkable, experienced, and warm teacher and she has the best hand picked staff. Our son loves his school and we are beyond thankful for Ms. Leslie and the team of teachers.”

“Jamin has given lessons to all four of my boys. He is so good with kids and makes learning FUN! He taught my six year old’s first ever lesson and left him wanting another, teaches two of them beginning guitar, and challenges my more advanced eleven year old pianist to push himself while still enjoying the process. He has grown so much with Jamin as his teacher. He has patience and enthusiasm that makes them feel seen and makes them forget they’re learning because it’s so fun!”

“We have had a great experience with Bergamo, and our son has loved attending school there. He started in one of the Toddler classrooms when he was about 20 months old, and was there until he transitioned to a Primary class for his last few months attending the school. All of the teachers and staff members that we've interacted with in both classes have been wonderful; they're so caring and create a welcoming environment, and we've been amazed by how much he's learned and developed skills during his time at Bergamo. He's also very excited to go to school each morning, and has so much fun during the day while he's there. The school itself is incredibly well-run; the communication is excellent and we always feel informed about how he is doing during the day and what he is learning and working on. I couldn't recommend Bergamo highly enough, and we're so glad our son has been able to go there.”

“Beautiful friendly childcare center used for my grand son - started in the toddler room which he and we all adored (such great staff works w those under 2s and the seem to genuinely love them) and now the 2s room which is taking a while longer to fit in. But the kids are safe and well fed, they nap midday and seem to have fun interacting w their peers. I do NOT however like the hitting that has occurred since moving out of the toddler room. This may be par for the course but it’s a daily battle at home now, will take some time to extinguish this unwanted behavior.”

“A blessing truly this school has been to both my children and I am super grateful to the entire staff. Office Gals are great especially Ms. Gina who is very near to my heart. Mrs. Ball is great and has such a big heart. She goes beyond her job and role as principal to all her kiddos at blue oak. Teachers are amazing my favorites are Mrs. Palmer kindergarten Mrs. Hoover and Mrs. Steadyford”

“My son has been attending since he was 3, he’s 4.5 now and I have to say how much I’ve always loved this place! He has learned so much!! The teachers and owner as very nice and when my son began attending he cried from separation anxiety and they really took the time to hold him and make sure he was okay. They also have animals there (which we liked), and a huge backyard to play in. They focus on all areas of learning as well as socialization. I’m so happy my son goes there, we will be sad to leave for kindergarten.”

“This school has been an amazing one for my children. The principal is amazing and gets to know all the students on a personal level. It is obvious that the teachers and staff really care about these children and they all work extremely hard to make sure that the education of these children is the best that they can provide. These past couple years have been rough due to COVID, but they have made a tough situation much easier and still found a way to make the experience for my children a positive one.”

“As a former elementary principal, my standards are HIGH! I have two girls who have attended Busy Bees - one who is still there and one in elementary school (but is ecstatic each morning to visit the school for little sister's drop-off). The teachers are warm, inviting, and truly care about the safety and well-being of each and every child.Communication with families is a strong suit of the teachers and owner. I always know what's going on in my child's class. Teachers truly care about the whole child - helping them learn but also encouraging and supporting their activities and interests in and outside the classroom. Our Busy Bees teacher even came to our girls' ballet recital and cheered on (and brought flowers for) all the Busy Bees students who performed.I have never questioned safety of my children while at Busy Bees. The curriculum is top-notch and has undoubtedly prepared my girls for TK and kindergarten. This preschool is phenomenal and I'm going to be sad when our littlest kiddo graduates and moves on to the next chapter. The way the school handled Covid protocols was very much supportive of the childrens' well-being and comfort level with face coverings, etc.”

“Opened in 2017 and couldn't be happier! Principal is a great mentor to the kids while the teachers are very excited to be at Valley View. Lots to look forward too and son was so excited to start his new school this year.”

“Happy Kids Preschool has been such a positive change for my 2.5 year old Claire. It’s a wonderful place to develop social skills, explore within a safe place, and get adjusted to pre-academics. The director Kendal is caring and super helpful, the owner Lori helped comfort Claire the first week during tears at drop off, and Claire’s teacher Inna is a saint who is amazing at managing a classroom of happy toddlers. They do fun little crafts together like sponge painting pictures. Thank you Happy Kids!”

“Gabe Fierro makes outstanding food, (especially his home made potato chips and French fries). The facility has a warming atmosphere for all students and staff alike to shelter from the harsh elements that are El Dorado Highschool.”

“My son is in his second year at Golden Hills School, and we could not be happier with the education he is receiving. We chose GHS for our son largely because they do teach a curriculum that is advanced (a grade level ahead), and we have seen our son grow so quickly in his reading, writing, and math skills. Thanks to his teachers in JK and Kindergarten, he is developing a true love of learning, and he is constantly asking us questions about math and Spanish, and loves reading new words all the time. We also love that GHS offers exceptional enrichment classes, including Spanish, technology, art, music, theater, and daily P.E. Another thing our family appreciates about this school is the diverse community of welcoming families, and many opportunities to get involved. We look forward to many more years at GHS.”

“What a blessing it is to have my little one in their care. I taught preschool for years so I am pretty picky about the preschools I choose. This program is amazing. My son is so happy here ❤️”

“I love Beeloved Farm. I send my daughter to the Waldorf based kindergarten program but they also have a preschool program. The program excepts vouchers from almost all the local homeschool charters. So I dont even have to pay out of pocket. The program has been amazing for my daughter. She is much more confident, independent and helpful. It brings me so much joy to see her in such a sweet and wholesome environment. It is hard to explain the way the school is set up but everything the kids play with and use is there to help their development. The teachers are amazing! The school has met her needs in a way that I simply cannot with homeschool alone. I am so grateful.”

“This is one of the best daycares that I've had experience with. Having 3 kids and having lived in several areas around California this is by far the best one I have sent my children to. Jenn the owner is fantastic! She is caring, sweet, and experienced. She knows what parents need and want for their children to experience in daycare. - They have an app which notifies you of the daily activities, meals, and updates. They "over communicate" in a good way. I know what my son eats and how much he eats every day. I know when he is changed, when he naps, if an incident has happened, what they are learning, and if there is a change in their menu all through the app. - Meals and snacks are included in the tuition. It's great because they provide a variety of nutritious foods. I believe they have very fair tuition rates in comparison to other daycare in the area. I had to research a few as the first daycare my son attended closed abruptly. - They always have fun events for holidays and they have several parent date nights on the weekends. They offer extracurricular activities like dance and soccer shots to name a few. They have picture days which can include siblings! - They spend lots of time outdoors and have a very spacious facility inside and out. I believe the building is on about an acre and so the outdoor space is large and fun for kids. My son does lots of arts and crafts, water activities during the summer, and learns songs & dances. They have recently gone through some turnover and everything is communicated very well to the parents. The teachers that are there are so kind to my son and even teachers who are not assigned to my son's class know him and call him by name. I was sad to see that there are some reviews that judge this Daycare based on a short intro interaction. My son has been going for a year and we are very happy with his progress with social interactions and his ability to adapt to new environments. I'm so grateful for the Gift of Kids Daycare!”

“I love Camerado Springs! The staff there are actually very involved and conserned about the student body's education. The bullying at the school is very minimal, we're like family. I felt very safe and happy there and it's honestly a great school ;)”
