A friendly employee named Richard approached us and asked if we needed help with anything. He verified on his scanner that the product was in stock, and volunteered to go check the top rack. He did see one from the ground, and went to go grab his lift. He gated off the section for safety, and was able to get us both of the sets we needed.
Richard gave us an exceptional customer experience that we rarely get at other businesses. We were not asked to write a review, but his work inspired us to do so.”

“SHOUT OUT TO JASMIN IN THE PICK UP DEPT. LAST NIGHT I HAD AN EMERGENCY WITH MY CARBON MONOXIDE ALARM GOING OUT I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER AND DIDNT REALIZE CURBSIDE PICKUPS ENDED AT 7 PM I SHOWED UP AFTER THAT BUT A WOMAN PICKED UP THE PHONE NOT SURE IF THAT WAS JASMIN OR SOMEONE ELSE IN THAT DEPT BUT THEY EXPEDITED MY ORDER AND BROUGHT IT OUT TO MY CAR !!! THEY ARE SOOO AMAZING ! GIVE THEM A RAISE BECAUSE THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS IMMACULATE”
