“I always come in here to print papers and copy documents and normally I don't have the greatest experience when I have to go through the person working at the print desk, which is why I haven't been to this location for a while. Normally, I go to self serve but two of the machines were down and there was a long line waiting for them. Instead I was helped by Wagner at the self serve desk. He was really nice and helpful. I didn't send the document the correct way the first time and he showed me two different ways that would work next time. I really appreciated how quick he was and how nice he was. I'll definitely come back because of him! :)) Thanks again!”
