Supposedly he had a medical issue but neither he nor his office returned any texts or calls after providing poor service to our Heatilator unit.My guess is that he's out of business and that's probably a good thing.

I felt the service was very good, both office when made appointment and in my home. He was knowledgeable about what needed to be done, cleaned up nicely and my fireplace is ready for future fires!
