Daniel Valdez called me unsolicited today to discuss my home property value. I politely stated I don't know him and I'm not comfortable discussing this. He hung up on me. Boy, am I glad I dodged that bullet. Clearly unprofessional. Shame, because I need a good, honest agent at this point.
