“Best decision to try Express Care for an oil change after getting my car wash. Same lot as car wash. Eddie provided great customer service by answering my questions and sharing some perks (free car wash voucher, discount coupon, free installation of own filters and lightbulb changes) and was overall helpful. Then the rest of the team Danny and Josh were also very respectful and attentive to their job. Wait time was very short. Will definitely be going back here for future oil changes and some services. Go check them out!”

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Joe at Daniel’s Tires. My tire was very very low, and I arrived after 5:00. Joe had already clocked out, but he still took the time to help me fill my tire because he genuinely cared about making sure I could drive home safely. He could have easily turned me away, especially since staying would mean he is not getting paid but instead, he chose kindness and customer safety.
And a message to the General Manager: Please consider keeping the shop open until 6:00. Daniel’s Tire would be one of the only tire shops in the area open that late, and I truly believe you would gain a tremendous amount of business during that extra hour. There are so many people getting off work at 5:00 who need tire services and would gladly choose a shop that stays open until 6.

“I found the place on Google near my job and chose it based on its reviews. It was a friendly and fast service provided by Edwin, who was very professional and well-coordinated. The part I didn't like, or that I'm just not used to, was their way of upselling more services—it felt very robotic, rehearsed from a script, and pushed things you don't really need just to make an extra sale. I went in for a synthetic oil change for about $90 and ended up paying $205, even with a discount and a coupon. With a few additives they sold me, a replaced brake light bulb, and a check of other components, the price kept climbing. Truthfully, it borders on the line between reasonable and expensive. They sell you a bit on their whole pitch, but the service is fast—and honestly, it’s better than Jiffy Lube, believe me.”

Individual needs and recommended Services based on their Experience and factory recommendations. I’ve been coming here for a long time now out of convenience since going to the dealer will usually require an appointment or an extremely long wait time. I came in wanting to do a tire rotation and they let me know my tires are at end of life and that a tire rotation would be a waste of money. I should instead replace them and gave me a quote. The gentleman even took the time to show me how to check my tire tread.”

They greeted me right away and clearly explained the services my vehicle needed without any pressure or upselling.

“Great service! Brought my crosstrek in for an oil change and a check up. I’ve had the car for five years but never taken it in for anything other than oil changes at those jiffy places and noticed some issues. They took care of everything in a few hours and explained all the issues. Car is perfect and it was quickly serviced and reasonably priced but most importantly Kevin thoughtful explained everything. Pricing and work super clear. This will be my forever mechanic.”

“I recently purchased a 2009 mercedes benz 450. I was not sure what was done or needed to be done. I had an oil change and they looked over the car for me at no extra charge. The oil change was done, fluids checked and emailed me some things that should be done soon.

“Really helpful. I came for a free inspection because my car was shaking when I drive high speeds on the freeway, and I previously had a flat that I fixed on my own but then that same tire got another nail in it. Long story short, I was needing to replace that tire. My others were almost due to be upgraded anyway, so they gave me 4 new tires for their buy 3 get 1 free labor day sale. They also gave me a discount on the tire alignment. Probably could have paid less at other places, but i feel confident driving away knowing they took care of what needed to be done in a professional way. And I like that if anything happens to the tires I can come and they'll replace it or fix it free or for small charge. Thank you!”
