“This is my new ONLY go-to auto shop. I was very weary of taking my Infiniti anywhere but I got a great vibe from this shop. They could tell right away how much I cherish my car and how particular I am. They were very thorough in their report showing me through their web app everything that needed replacing with pictures as proof to show. Other shops you just have to take their word for it and hope they do not scam you. The service manager and owner are super friendly and always happy when you come in or speak with them on the phone. Not like other shops where they just sound like they dread working where they're at. It may be a bit on the pricier side, but you pay for what you get. Id rather spend a bit more and make sure its done right and with a guarantee. Ill be coming back again for any further repairs or maintenance.”

“I have been coming to Community Tires for over 15 years. They are always extremely professional and helpful. While I was waiting for my car to be completed, a new customer was sitting with me and she was nervous that they would tell her they found all kinds of problems with her car when she only came in for one issue. I smiled because in all the years I've been coming here, I've never had that experience but certainly related to why she was concerned. A few minutes later her car was ready and she was happy to find there was no reason to anticipate any "extra" charges. This team is top shelf and I would gladly recommend them to everyone I know!”

“Took my 4runner here for a wheel alignment before a long road trip and Cook's did a great job through and through. I called several local shops and the pricing was competitive (with Yelp discount) and most importantly they were able to fit me in on a short notice. I did appreciate how the service person explained some of the details re: the alignment- the only thing I would have changed is that I wished they provided me the printout of each of the wheel alignment settings to get things back to factory spec. They did provide a 6 month warranty on the service, very welcome and appreciated! Cook's has a well deserved high rating and I would recommend it for your tire and alignment needs.”

“I go to this business every time I need an oil change. It takes about 10 minutes and you wait in your car while they change the oil, it’s the place to get it done!! They are quick, efficient and very friendly. Price is comparable but the customer service is outstanding!! Like I said l’d Definitely give them a try. I’m taking my other car in for an oil change in 2 weeks. The guys doing the work are all very friendly and the lady taking payments is super nice. I have been going here for decades and will continue my patronage to this company!!”

“I have a 2004 Infiniti g35 that I have had since I was 16. It was my first car and it has a lot of sentimental value to me. I took my car to Tokyo Automotive last week for an oil leak. They did a full inspection on the car and found a few other things that needed to be repaired. To fix everything at once was a little bit out of budget for me so I had them only fix the oil leak which was my main concern given that I don't drive the car as much as I used to. It's kind of just my weekend car. The staff was incredibly helpful, very professional and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable leaving my car here given the sentimental value. Their front office and shop are nice and clean and well organized. They fixed my oil leak and installed my aftermarket skid plate underneath in a very timely manner. I had a good feeling from the moment I walked in that they were going to take care of me. As you may read in other reviews, their labor costs are a little higher than some other places. Not any higher than a dealership would charge you. TRUST ME when I say you get what you pay for when it comes to mechanic services. I learned the hard way at my old mechanic shop that cheaper is not always better. I feel so relieved now knowing that I can take my car here. Absolutely 5 star everything. I will be back in the near future to fix the other issues with my car. Thank you guys so much for taking care of my car as if it were your own:)”

“Mike was EXCEPTIONAL! Such a kind man that went out of his way to help replace my battery. They take appointment only and I came in much later in the day around 4PM. I didn't realize an appointment was needed so we were arranging for me to come back the next morning early on. Mike was willing though to take a look to see if it's a battery issue or other issues involved. When we went to the lot, behold my car wouldn't start and mind you it was pouring cat and dog. Mike took a brief quick and said the battery needed replacement now and pushed my car from the lot inside with the help of his guy. He called a few different vendors before one finally agreed to delivery a brand new battery to the shop. Although the issue was minute, the fact that Mike went above and beyond to help me out and event took off 50% labor cost since it was raining and I would have been stranded. Totally just brought in a new customer and will for sure bring my wife's and family's cars here as well.Thanks Mike!”
