“I order jumbo cupcakes for staff on their birthdays from the Kendall store in San Bernardino and Marilyn and Norma are awesome! From the excellent customer service when I arrive to the over-the-top decorated cupcakes they produce. The flowers designs or anything else they make are amazing. This time I let the ladies the ladies know the birthday celebrant likes Star Wars and look at what they created! They turned a plain cupcake, a plastic Yoda ring, different colored frosting, and amazing skills and creativity to make what you see below. It is obvious they both put a lot of effort into what they do and want the person enjoying the product they created to be happy. Don't sleep on Stater Bros. Bakery because they are truly artists.......and the cupcakes are moist and flavorful to make it even better!”

“best walgreens in San Bernardino. i've been coming here to this location over all of the other ones for 2 years. the employees are very kind, and very helpful. Every time i go pick up my prescription, Michael is always up front ready to greet me with the friendliest smile! Nicole is also super great! always helpful, and they recognize their customers which makes me feel appreciated. Rosemary has a bit of attitude, and never willing to step away from what she is currently doing to help me. The other employees go above and beyond. i will always recommend this Walgreens.”

This location is small compared to the one I usually go to but it is good big in making you feel that they are there to help you if needed. The staff is courteous and welcoming. “Always been a customer, been happy with the beer prices, grocery, and the hot foods even more so. I wanna say maybe 2 Fridays ago in the evening i stopped by for drinks. I picked up a 12 pk bottles of pacifico, twisted tea, an apple juice and headed to register. The pacifico carton busted on the left and i wasnt fast enough to catch it. Unfortunately it fell and some broke. It was messy. I stood there as an employee came to clean it. I put my other items at counter and the lady started to ring me up but stopped and i stood there wondering what i thought was happening. I waited and waited. Could have left honestly. She wasn't saying anything at all and i was getting annoyed. I was right and she was waiting on him to bring me what was left of the 12 pk.. back in the past in used to be that you break, you pay and signs were posted. I told them the handle broke and i just couldn't catch it in time. Also i could have left while they all waited for clean up and no one was saying anything. Would staters or food for less or any other retailer charge you for a product accidentally broken in store while you shop? Not saying i was being irresponsible and looking not to pay bcuz i did stay but these things happen. I wasnt being careless either. So they ended up charging me the entire 12 pack and i took home about half of them but felt disappointed honestly. I know stores/ retailers get merchant credits, freebies, samples, etc and so much more. Am i wrong for feeling they did me wrong for having me wait after she started ringing me up only to wait for a total while he brought back the remIning bottles in a bag? Thoughts pls Honestly idk if ill go back after this She was rude just speaking to him in their language while i stood there”

“Tha staff here is efficient and no nonsense I like that Dealt with Joanna and she handled my transaction perfectly They had many clients come in after me, and I felt their wait times were bad cuz it's only 1 person handling those type of transactions, whereas there were 3 tellers available and could not help Located in a strip mall with a single entrance, it's a bit of a pain to get in n out, but I can't complain myself... “This place has the best carnitas I've ever had. Their burritos are HUGE and can be easily split into two meals. Their tacos are also large and they don't skimp on the meat. They will give you grilled onions and jalapeños for free upon request. Definitely the best bang for your buck. Every time I come in here, the women working at the food counter are really kind! I've never had a bad experience here and highly recommend it to all my friends. If you're not into hole-in-the-wall and down-to-earth shops, this place isn't for you. But if you're looking for some authentic burrito experience, then definitely come here!”

Reason being it has a full bakery and deli (sushi bar too I believe) The one by my house (on Highland ave and del Rosa) has no birthday cakes, the bakery section is only boxed cookies and muffins and stuff. And it's pulling teeth to get anyone to make you a sandwich there. This location the customer service is always great, quick and friendly. I'll keep shopping here!”

“I've been here a few times for ice cream and have always been pleased with the customer service. Today I went in and both the ice cream line and the regular sales line was crazy long, they only had one cashier working and he did his best, I saw him moving fast and switching from line to line/ customer to customer. He maintained a great attitude through the busy rush! I felt the least I could do was give him a great review.... as for Rite Aid, maybe it's time to hire a little more help? There should at least be two cashiers always available since there's two different shopping lines. Thanks for the great service Paul!”
