“it was my 1st time ever at a jiffy lube, wasn't sure what to expect but it was a good outcome, only thing i would have preferred better that the technician do upon ringing me up, is discuss all of the notes that the tech wrote down about my car with me - that were placed on my receipt. didn't notice them until after I got home. not entirely sure what they all mean / or if my car requires more servicing soon on top of what i3 got done that day.”

“The gentlemen working the counter are courteous informative and answered all my questions. The work was done in a timely manner. The original price was slightly discounted which I was very thankful for. They did not encourage or suggest extra work that I was not prepared to have completed. The bathroom is kept clean. There are plenty of chairs to sit and wait. There is a Mexican restaurant and a burger place within walking distance if the wait is going to be too long. I had an alignment and driver's side tie rod replaced. Great service. The alignment was a little bit more than I wanted to pay ($120), but I felt comfortable paying that amount because I knew they would do a good job.”
