A couple of sessions with this sweetheart of a Dr and we are doing SO much better. Night and day difference. Dr JJ is so kind and patient and gentle with my baby girl. 10 stars if it would let me lol. Highly recommend.”

“I had an excellent experience communicating with Roshan at San Diego Docs regarding the I-693 immigration medical exam process.
From the very beginning, Roshan was extremely responsive, patient, and highly knowledgeable. She/he took the time to clearly explain every step of the process in detail, including timelines, lab work, vaccination requirements, and documentation. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point, which made a stressful immigration situation much easier to navigate.
What stood out most was the level of professionalism and genuine care in communication. Every question I had was answered thoroughly and promptly, and the instructions were always clear and easy to follow.
Although I ultimately could not proceed with the clinic due to my personal timeline constraints, I truly appreciate the transparency, support, and professionalism provided throughout the entire interaction.

“I came in for a regular checkup and they ran blood, metabolic, lipids, and a general panel. The doctor seemed very professional and was patient with answering questions. The facility was nice, but testing was done offsite at Quest, that might bother some people. Scheduling was pretty far out for the initial visit, but easy for the return visit.”

You can tell they are put in a difficult position with all the issues with insurance companies having terrible coverage, which has nothing to do with them. Yet their calmness and empathy is really extraordinary. “My doctor here is outstanding. He’s incredibly thorough and takes the time to answer all my questions.
Regarding scheduling, I agree with others. Scripps needs to figure out a way so patients don’t need to wait 3-4 months for a basic appointment. It’s unacceptable. The waiting list option helps but it doesn’t resolve the issue.
Other than that, I’ve never had an issues with anyone at this clinic. However, be mindful, the front desk staff will turn you away if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment. Be on time!”
