walked in to what I thought was a home theater showroom only to be rudely unwelcomed by the staff. evidently by appointment only. no in store shopping. 1 star for the quality of kit like paradigm and mcintosh.

Seemed good at first, I was impressed with their apparent knowledge -- but they totally botched the job and overcharged me and refused to fix what they screwed up. These guys do not know what they're doing.
