We waited for over 6 hours in ER to be seen by a doctor. During this time, there was very little communication from the staff about the wait time or what was happening. The overall experience was very frustrating.

More than grateful to all the staff, nurses and surgeons who cared for my son, this hospital was our home for a few days and excellent service. God bless each one of those who work there. I have nothing to thank them for so much attention, especially Dr. Ignacio, surgeon. my son

My sister has been there with my nephew since 4:30pm. Its now 11:30pm AND THEY STILL HAVEN’T BEEN SEEN. Horrible service. How are they in the EMERGENCY room for 7hrs and Still haven’t been able to talk to a doctor for have anything tested. Who know how much longer they’ll have you said!
