The power chair was at the Palace Hotel where we stayed for 1 1/2 nights when we arrived. Clean and fully charged. The opportunity to rent disabled person transportation while traveling is a lifesaver. Excellent professionals. Will always use COG.

The company delivered excellent service. I needed a heavy duty scooter for work in a busy and crowded environment. I had 2 mechanical issues with the scooter over the 15 day hire, both of which were fixed quickly with a technician coming to me and resolving in situ. I would recommend.
