The office is disorganized. The 30 mins session lasted ~18 mins and then the PT sent me home. I received a bill for services 3 months after and you can only pay via check or money order. Yes, that's right folks. In 2019, you can only pay with a check, or you have to physically go back to the office and pay with cash.
