Absolutely appalling that after a 3 day weekend they have only 1 teller and a line of 6 people. And this problem occurs on a regular basis. Please has Chase or another bank buy this organization already. It's a joke as it is. PS as I've typed this 3 more people joined the line

I've been on hold for 1 hour and 13 minutes. And supposedly I'm a top tier customer. So Frustrating. If I didn't have so many accounts with WF I would be able/ready/happy to walk away!

Super friendly team with great spirits. Chronically understaffed though. Great neighborhood bank overall.
