Exotic spice blends, Enticing sauces and highly nutritious flatbread "Injera" are the basis for Ethiopian's unique and delicious cuisine. Our traditional menu incorporates beef, lamb and chicken. However, we do offer a variety of vegetarian dishes.
Typically, Ethiopian food served on centerpiece platters ovet Injera, accompanied by additional plates rolled-up injera. To eat, you simply tear off piece of Injera and scoop up a bite of food.
