We've had Kaiser insurance for over 20 years but Advice nurse now takes over 2 hours to answer. Pls don't use pandemic as an excuse.

Dr Ramya Chitters is the worse. She has horrible customer service and does not follow up on anything. You get this doctor please look for another one she's not worth the trouble.
